- This episode marks the first appearance of Lola, who will play a pivotal part in episode four.
- The scene where Jess flirts with Alex by jokingly claiming she got community service for "sexually assualting a hot barman" mirrors a similar situation in Episode 2 (Series 1) where Nathan Young hits on Ruth by claiming to have sexually assaulted an 90 year old woman. However, unlike Ruth, Alex didn't find this funny.
- Curtis mentions how Seth already took two of his powers(Time Reversal and Gender Swap) and how both times were big mistakes.
- Rudy refers to Finn as having a "monkeyish, little face". This description will be used several times in future episodes.
Trivia[]
- Eleanor Wyld's last name is incorrectly spelt as 'Wild' in the closing credits.
- In the "Previously" sequence, one of voiceovers is Jess stating "I have X-ray Vision". However, these words were never uttered in show.
